Dominant

A Dominant, or Dom, is a power exchange (also known as kink or BDSM) practitioner whose sexual preference, identity, or orientation takes on the role of the superior and often controls the other practitioner, known as the submissive. This type of dynamic or partnership is often referred to in the power exchange community as a D/s partnership. (1)

Dominant role variations may include Sir, Dom, Dominus, Domina, Domme, Master, Mistress, Disciplinarian, Goddess, Daddy, Mommy, Bull, Spanker, Rigger, and Top. (1)
